The VVS Theme Viewer plugin helps in the creation of custom themes. It allows users to list all pre-existing themes (built-in and XML themes in the VVS install directory that were loaded at game start), export them to XML format, switch to any pre-existing theme by name, and load an XML theme from another location temporarily. This plugin facilitates the tweaking of themes without having to restart the game.
